Custom design
Every request is unique, and so should your creation be. You imagine, we create. Our designers model your piece of jewelry in 3D so you can visualize it and obtain a resin prototype. We find the ideal stone according to your criteria—diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds—while adapting to your budget, and our partner artisans craft the setting. From classic solitaires to the most daring creations, we guide you, in the confidentiality of a private consultation, from the first sketch to the final case.

Frequently Asked Questions
It all begins with an in-store consultation, a free, no-obligation discussion to understand your project and desires. From there, we create an initial sketch, then a 3D rendered model that you approve before any manufacturing begins. Once the design is finalized, we select the materials and stones together. The piece is then crafted by our Genevan jeweler artisans, inspected, and then presented in a case during a final appointment. From the first meeting to delivery, you are involved in every decision.
Yes, always. We do not manufacture anything without your prior visual approval. The 3D rendering allows you to visualize the piece from all angles, adjust proportions, claw profile, setting height, or stone orientation, before a single gram of gold is cast. This is a step we consider non-negotiable: it saves you from unpleasant surprises and us from misunderstandings.
For a custom engagement ring or wedding band, allow generally between 3 to 6 weeks from the validation of the final design. This timeframe includes 3D modeling, manufacturing of the setting, stone setting, and finishing. For more complex projects (jewelry sets, multi-stone pieces, invisible settings) the timeframe can extend to 8 weeks. We will provide you with a precise timeline as soon as the project begins.
Absolutely. Reusing a family stone, melting down an inherited piece of jewellery to create a new one — this is precisely the type of project that we cherish. We assess the condition and quality of your materials during the consultation, and advise you on what is technically possible. Giving contemporary life to a piece rich in history is one of the most beautiful commissions we receive.
Yes. All the stones we offer come with their gemmological certificate — GIA, IGI or HRD, depending on the batches. The certificate guarantees the precise characteristics of the stone: carat weight, colour, clarity, cut. We will systematically provide you with a copy of this document with your piece.
Yes. We work with certified laboratory-grown diamonds (CVD or HPHT), which are physically and chemically identical to natural diamonds, produced without mining. We also offer ethically sourced colored gemstones (sapphires, emeralds, rubies) with origin traceability whenever possible. The choice between natural and lab-grown diamonds is a personal decision that we fully respect; our role is to provide you with all the information to make an informed decision.
Yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold in 18 carats (750/1000) (the standard for fine jewelry in Switzerland), as well as 950 platinum for projects requiring absolute strength and whiteness. For certain contemporary creations, we also work with grey gold. Each metal has its own characteristics in terms of hardness, maintenance, and visual appearance; we guide you towards the choice most consistent with your lifestyle and your project.
There is no universal answer—and that's precisely the advantage of bespoke. An 18-carat gold creation with a solid quality diamond can start around 2,000 to 3,000 CHF. Projects involving larger carat stones, specific cuts (cushion, pear, emerald), or complex settings naturally fall into higher budgets. We work with all serious budget ranges, without judgment. What matters is that the piece is right—for you and for her.
Yes, and it's a specialty we're particularly fond of. Transforming an Art Deco brooch into a pendant, re-setting loose stones, resizing a wedding band, or melting down several pieces into a single contemporary creation — all these interventions are possible. We always start with an honest assessment: if the piece has more value as is than transformed, we'll tell you.
Yes. As soon as your item is accepted in-store, it is covered by our professional insurance policy. You will receive a detailed deposit receipt stating the description and estimated value of the item. If there is any doubt about the insurable value of an exceptional piece of jewelry, we will offer to have it appraised beforehand.
